Oil Rig Diving Trip

Hey guys! I am trying to set up a dive out of Galveston to some oil rigs. I was put in touch with a great captian in Galveston with a 32 foot boat who does trips for divers and fisherman.

The cost is $200 per person up to 5 people. Let me know if your interested. This would be for a trip out, two dives with a healthy surface interval and back.

If anyone was interested and wanted to make it $260 per person, we could do a two tank dive and then fish the rest of the day. (Basically its $1000 for 5 hours and $1300 for 10 hours both up to five people)

Anyway, I am an experienced diver and recently moved back to DFW from the Cariibean and have been itching to dive some clear water. I have been frequenting both Athens and Clear Springs, and have gotten to meet a lot of really cool people!

If your interested, and want to meet up at either Clear Springs or Athens and hang out, and chat about the trip, feel free to PM me and let me know. I was hoping to plan the trip for a weekend in August.

Let me caution you: out Texas Gulf coastal waters are different than those of your Caribbean waters.

If you have never dove a rig, then your in for some true fun. Prep yourself in the protocols required for any open water dive setting, as things can change very quickly.

Follow the Captains suggestions as he is your experienced source on the vessel.
