Oil Filled Watch

Hello, I have a couple of Beuchat Genesis watches with a "Hydraulic Pressure System". They are over 15yrs old and need refilling. I have contacted Beuchat in France and they no longer manufacture oil filled watches and neither do they have the equipment to service them anymore.

I have looked around other manufacturers and so far have been unsuccesful in finding one that can service them - can anyone else help and shed some light on who may be able to help?
