A friend of mine is looking for a 6 to 10 person Viking offshore life raft. Preferably one in the fiberglass shell with cradle.

Keep your eyes open on Boats and Harbors: LIFERAFTS FOR SALE AT BOATS AND HARBORS. They don't have any now, but usually do. Be careful. If you're buying a used life raft that hasn't been inspected for a couple of years, you have no idea if there are creases in the raft. It is worth it to tell the seller that you will buy it as long as it has been inspected in the current year. Take it from one who wasted lots of money on a used life raft.
