Flima: you are right about the vacation in Brazil being cheap. Noronha is expensive for Brazilian standards, but cheap if you make a living in dollars. However if you check some of the prices for packages to Noronha bought here in the USA there is no much of a bargain if I remember. I did all the arrangments directly with travel agents from Brazil, and the prices dropped a lot.
