Medic...I use allenhost, too. Here's how you do it.....
1. Get the picture you want to post on the screen at allenhost. Not the thumbnail.
2. Right click your mouse on the picture and go down to click on properties.
3. Highlight the URL, hit control C to copy it.
4. In your new post, click on the picture button (yellow square above with mountain and sun in it) and hit control V to paste the URL into the window that pop ups.
5. Hit OK. You'll see this....
And your picture will appear in the post
Now you do the others!

Ok few tips (constructive not harsh)
1. Try to get much closer, I know this is not always easy but is worth it even though you may miss a few shots.
2. Don't Shoot down from above. Try and get at a level with the subject or slightly below.
This occy looks amazing BTW. Good find.
