It worked! Thank you so much!!

Here it is.

Log1.jpg

I had gotten to that earlier, and clicked the blue arrow and it didn't work. But when I got to that through your way (with the red + sign) then clicked the blue arrow it worked.

Oh this so neat. I have all my dives uploaded and added in my little comments and pictures. Yay!!

It didn't calculate the SAC like I was hoping, but I'll worry about that another day.

Thanks again!!!

Because the SAC rate is based on volume of air consumed, the s/w has to know
the size of your tank. Just knowing the start and end pressure isn't enough
to know how much volume of air was consumed.

In Imperial units (non metric) the method of measuring the tank size is done
when the tank is pressurized. Because of this it is a bit screwy
and needs two numbers. The volume/Tank size in cubic ft and the pressure needed
inside that tank (working pressure) to obtain that volume.

Imperial sized Tanks have working pressure all over the place, that is what makes
it screwy.
Even for AL 80s they are all not the same
its typically around 80 cu ft and 3100 PSI or 77.4 cuFt and 3000 PSI
(both of these are actually nearly exactly the same and will yield the same
SAC values)

For metric it is much simpler since the sizes are measure when the tank is empty.
The working pressure for all metric sized tanks is the same, 1 BAR.
This means the tank is sized equivalent to the amount of liters of water it
could hold. And because the working pressure is always 1 BAR it is typically ignored.
However, it really does still exist and is needed in order to get the proper
end units (Liter/Min) in the final answer.

Once you fill in the tank size values for each dive, the s/w will calculate the SAC rate for you.
