There are currently two places to enter: the Oceanic website & the Oceanic Facebook Page. Mostly everybody in the world is on Facebook, including most new divers. ...........................

You may be right about the new divers, but I'll bet that there is a rather large fraction of divers, the older group of which there are quite a few, who have never participated in Facebook and, somehow, don't feel they are missing anything. Then there are those divers who have grown up a bit and feel they have been-there-done-that with respect to Facebook, i.e., they've outgrown it.

This is not true and as more people are joining facebook, many are leaving or just not using facebook.
