Are you talking about the older Flex, or the newer Flex QLR?
My LDS uses them for rental BC's and I think they are pretty nice jacket BC's. I tried them in the ocean and they were OK. Although I haven't tried one, I think I like the Seaquest ProQD+ a little better with similar price. (But since I haven't tried it in water, take this with a grain of salt.)
Personally, I found that I prefer a minimalist BC. That's why I liked the Seaquest Balance the best among all that I looked at and tried.
