This regulator set has been used on about 15-20. It was serviced March 2011. The first stage is the CDX-5, second stage is the GT3, and the octo is the Oceanic Slimline 2. This is a nice regulator set. I will also include the low pressure inflator hose to connect to your BC. Asking $250 shipped for this set.

My wife has the same reg and loves it, very light weight and breathes great.
 
My girl uses the CDX5/GT3 and loves it. I've even stolen it a few times. Very lightweight and small. I took it down to 230' last weekend actually.
