I currently own a Probe LX BCD, which is approximately 3 years old. I am noticing that the strings on the dump valves are fraying some after some use. It does not seem to be something that may need immediate attention, but within a year may need some replacing for peace of mind.

My question is, would that be a warranty item? If not is there a means of just replacing the line in question or is it an entire piece? Anyone know what pricing would be like at the LDS?

Thank you for any help/guidance provided.

You can replace just the line on my excursion. I have never done it on the probe but I would guess that the dumps are the same. Your LDS should be able to make very short work of it if you aren't interested in doing it yourself.
