Oceanic pro plus x issue

Oceanic pro plus x did a firmware update now it’s stuck on connected Bluetooth screen. Is there a reset for this computer. The oceanic tech support is useless. I’ve left multiple messages no one gets back to me.

Dive one will be done while the dc is still in the factory. Not sure about the other 7.

Mine had dives indicating dives off California and Florida.
