Oceanic Outrigger design features questions

I recently put a deposit on a Poseidon bc system but then almost by accident had a chance to play around with the Oceanic Outrigger BCD’s in the pool so now here is a dilemma. Oceanic Outrigger seems very practical for my needs, comfy, much less expensive, and looks very sharp too. So to be able to make a more intelligent decision whether to go with Oceanic Outrigger instead of the Poseidon i have two questions regarding the design features of the Outrigger BCD (website doesn’t have the info I am looking for)

• The Excursion model offers an optional double cylinder adapter. Will it fit the Outrigger or should I say will there be one available for the Outrigger?
• Should I ever decide to retrofit the Outrigger to remove the surface float, is there or will there be a kit available with a cummerbund and a plug for the HLT hose?

On this depends whether or not I go with the Outrigger or an Excursion. (I like the Outrigger a hell of lot more that Excursion but the features in question mean a lot to me.)

Good news and bad news...

1. The Excursion doubles adapter will not fit the Outrigger - there are no current plans to develop.

2. We are in the process of reworking inventory to include a kit to remove the HLT (High Lift Transfer or surface float). If you end up going with the Outrigger, I'll be glad to get one of these out to you.

Doug thanks a lot for your super-fast reply. I am looking at the cummerbund on the Outrigger and it shows that it will accept two15L cylinders. Do you know why?
