WOW awesome how our gang here on SB answers questions before some of us even ask them! I was about to go looking for the OCI O-ring specs now I have them. Much thanks!

I just ordered a kit off fleabay for 12 bucks. For the OC1 When it comes in I will measure it with my digital caliper and post.
I contacted Oceanic tech support and got the following BS response.

"Hello, Can you please tell me the spec for size O-ring used during battery replacement.
Thank you."
"Hello, thank you for reaching out.
Unfortunately we cannot give out specs for service parts on computers. The required o-ring is available in the recommended battery kit. You can order this through any local Oceanic dealer. This is part number: 04.6175.35
If you need assistance finding a local dealer, you can use our dealer locator I have provided here: Dealer Locator - Oceanic Worldwide
These are also available on our website for purchase."

OK - here it is. On my OC1.
If buying the O-ring separately, I would go with the 0.8 mm x 40mm. Battery is easy. add some ring lube (pictured is the one I use on all my gear), sold at the pool store. or similar.
Done - went diving on Saturday.

Yes that's the size, but where can you find a .8mm x 40mm oring besides E-Bay? $4.00 an o-ring is still too much for something that should cost 50 cents at the max.
