Oceanic inflator identification-recall

Does anyone know how to identify an Oceanic inflator that was part of the recall of a few years back? Can you tell by looking at it? Or is it an internal thing?

Oceanic says;

Black and grey inflator button = Recalled

All grey inflator button = Good
