hi Joe... i agree parts aren't easy to come by... unless you use the internet and then they are extremely easy to find... the batteries they sell at radio shack and they are easily user replaceable... mine has less than 50 dives on it so it shouldn't need anything and i just put a new battery into it... regardless i will take $170 including shipping if you are interested
