Yes it does have both weight pouches. I'm not sure how they both didnt get in round one of photos.

I'm not sure about the filler hose. I did take some additional photos, see below.

$30. This is sitting in my closet. I recently had a kid and don't forsee any non vacation diving in my future. I have a lot of stuff for sale, look at my posts to see it all. Willing to make a deal if someone wants all my stuff. I hate to throw this stuff away. It has very little use. If you're local, I encourage you to come take a look.

Wish I was closer to you I’m in Portland Oregon and I love gear, I probably could start a dive shop with all my gear. 5 types af BCD’s,4 drysuit with under garments two brand new, steel hp 3500 psi tanks 80s 100 and a couple 120s, many 1st and second stage currently use a Scubapro mk25 with Divator 2 FFM, 5 dive computers integrated and hose less on my wrist.....I don’t use my 7mm wetsuits any more. I go spear fishing, Dungeness crabbing and scallop hunting in Pacific Ocean ..if u every get our this way it’s 1 hr drive and fresh seafood dinner awaits...mike
