I am wanting to put a QD on my normal second stage and on my FFM, what size male connector do I need for my current second stage, and what QD size do I need for the reg hose, it's a 30 bar max hose.

Look for Omni swivle QD, they make them for all kind of fittings.

Is the reg hose 3/8"?

the Female end of the QD is usually 9/16-18 (regulator side of the Hose) the male end is available in 9/16-18 (as pictured above)

this is what I gathered you were asking about, see the pictures as to how they attach.

We outfitted our new g4s with qds and put a octo hose on our first stage with a qd on our reg hose. We put a male end our second stage in case we ever wanted to use them. After diving the g4 i don't think that will ever happen.
