Ocean Quest Diving Systems - reliable manufacturer?

Greetings all,

Is Ocean Quest something of a scuba.com "store brand", and should I consider them for my initial gear like boots and gloves?

[I apologize if this question has been answered before, but after many attempts I haven't managed to find any threads regarding the quality of "Ocean Quest" gear on this forum (or anywhere else on the internet for that matter). Just signed up for my OW cert and am knee deep in equipment information overload.]

If the price is right and the gear fits you, then sure. Wetsuit manufacturers all use the same materials and the same basic methods. The expensive suits are just sealed a little better along the seams and have "comfort" features but they all work just as well. Especially for those types of things name brand isn't relevant, only fit and price.
