Ocean Dive Ops in Maryland Area?

So far all of our diving has been in the Carribean and my wife and I would like to start diving locally. We're not really looking to do quarries or lakes and would prefer to do ocean dives.

Can anyone recommend any good dive operations in the Maryland area (we are in Clarksburg, MD)?

What are the temps and viz and best times of the year to go?

What dive sites would you recommend?
