I think I'll just go to glorietta. Rizal sounds like a street somewhere deep in Manila :D thanks Gordon

not a DAN pack

i had it sourced for me. i was actually ordering a 16hrs capacity tank but unavailable. so i ended with 5.3 liters(7.5 lbs) capacity O2. Gentank WGA-140-5

i had two options for the regulator + humidifier, i choose the more expensive regulator (made in mexico) but warrantied by USA. almost double the price of china.

dude... just take the LRT and get off at the Rizal Avenue station. thirty to forty medical supply shops back to back. Get off the Quiapo station and go to hidalgo and find the cheapest photo gear in the country.

I mean that I've seen the disposable plastic items like cannulas and tubes in some resort O2 systems left unchecked for usablility. Even if they are unused and still sealed in the its original packaging, yellowed or humidity affected accessories should be replaced.

On one of my friends boat. He has a 80al [100% 02] Painted green and red and a mask. More 02 and had the tank.

Was that a CiGi tang and regulator? I want to get an 80cf aluminum (or close to that size) for our 27' boat....ideas???

In my personal opinion, I'd rather get those smaller green, non-descript, medical O2 bottles available to hospitals. These are the ones you see attached to things like wheelchairs. Second hand ones are easy to find and therefore cheaper to acquire. In case of a real emergecy, the smaller ones are easier to transport if you have an unconscious diver on a strecher. (You'd need a third person to carry the O2 if it was in an 80 cf).

I also like these better, because like cooking gas tanks, they can be exchanged for a full one, quickly and easilly from a dealer. (At least in Manila).

But if you were using the O2 as a hang tank for deco, then the 80cf would be an excellent idea.
