O2 ready reg

I am getting ready to take the Advanced nitrox and Deco courses and need to find a reasonably priced O2 ready or O2 cleanable reg. This reg will be used for 50-100% O2. My LDS is trying to get me to buy an OMS DROS reg, but at $250 a piece I want to look at other options. Any suggestions?

Hey, I've got one of those. Wish I could find someone to buy it. But then I'd feel guilty for selling it to them. 1st stage parts, well, lets just say much had to be replaced within 6 months. Wrong materials for an O2 reg. And the 2nd stage left me with an intense dislike for the taste of salt. Have been using an Oceanic Alpha for the years since and haven't had a bit of trouble.

You can get an Apeks TX50 that is suitable for 100% O2.

You could get one of the new Poseidon X-Stream reg's - only $450.00 or so last I checked

Seriously though...can't you just have your reg O2 cleaned? You don't *have* to buy a new one, do you?
