For the VT4.0/4.1, 026 in 70 is the right O-ring.
For the transmitter, the size is 016 in 70.
No idea what the BUD takes.

I do not know about the VT4, but I know this:
Oceanic VT3 uses B-026 (imperial) (Buna 70 is OK)
Oceanic BUD uses 1.2mmx27.5mm (metric) (also Buna 70 is OK)
