Hello Ikelite forum,

I've got a canon g10 housing and bought the port adapter so that I can fit the inon macro wet lens on it. The problem I'm having is that when I take off the adapter underwater, sometimes the oring comes off. My question is what can I do so that this doesn't happen. It's been suggested to use rubber cement ? Also, does Ikelite sell a replacement oring for the adapter. one more question is what do others use so that they do not lose the adapter. I tie mine to the housing arm

thanks for any responses,

Neil

Rubber cement or a very small amount of silicone adhesive would work to re-glue the o-ring. Replacement o-ring #0136.45 can be ordered through our office at 317.923.4523.

The included lanyard with cord lock is intended to attach to the adapter to the housing's tray and handle.

Regards,
Jean / Ikelite
