Nubble Plaque Missing?

TimK and I were diving at Nubble Light yesterday. I went to where the underwater memorial plaque used to be, and it wasn't there. For those of you who haven't seen it, or need a refresher...

Does anyone know who put it there? Was it put there for a season, then retrieved? Did the winter currents dislodge it?

I propose the NELD take on the mission of searching for the plaque when diving at Nubble, and return it to it's rightful place. Any takers?

If it was not bolted down it would be easy for any reasonably powerful surge to blow it right out of there and cover it with sand.
