I am hoping to do a night dive Thursday night at Nubble before the hoilday mobs show up there. It won't be the greatest condtions because it'll be low tide and the winds may have stirred up the cove during the day but, as Popeye says, "we takes what we gets" up here. I hope to get there 6:30 latest and splash about 7 if anyone is interested in joining me.

If no one responds, I just may make it a last minute decision when I get off work, so I might not show if I don't like the skies/weather forecast.............Joe

Joe, Did you get out? I'm curious about the vis as well. I'm suppose to go scalloping Sunday.

Hi Paul - I did end up going to Nubble for an evening/night dive last night and had a good dive. I got wet at 7 and was out a little after 8. Seas were almost flat with very little surge or surf. Viz was 10' against shore and 12 -15' in the cove. Not much crap floating in the water, though it was a little cloudy and had some fine brown suspended sediment - probably stirred up silt. I hope you have a successful scallop dive Sunday....Joe
