Anyone recommened anywhere with good diving and decent weather in latter half of Nov. Have looked at egypt liveaboards which is a possibility, but due to a potential bigger trip early next year, budget is to £1500 max incl flights, 7-14 days dont mind as long as potential some sun and decent diving. Can incl liveabords but probs out of price range. maldives liveaboard last minute also a possibility but not looked into weather yet. Any ideas appreciated.

I think Egypt would be your only real option on your budget. I'm assuming you're flying from the UK so even with a last minute Maldives deal (which we've had plenty off this season) you'll be struggling to pull it inside your budget. Depending on what price you get for the flight, there's plenty of Thailand liveaboards available for around the UK 400 mark. These are generally only 4 nights but back to back trips are possible and you should still be able to get inside your budget.
