Good video (race rocks) and photos mark.
I think you may have found evidence of Atlantis in Ellliot with those sandstone formations.
It's obvious that much of that reef was manmade in prehistoric times, most likely with extraterrestrial technology. I think it must have been some kind of observatory/temple/landing pad. The residual radiation must be what is preventing marine life from attaching.
 
Am I missing something? I don't see a video. Vancouver Island is definitely on our list to come and dive.
