I just found out last week that a tight suit restrict your lung volume or tidal volume, and increase your air usage. I will keep this in mind as I look for a suit that fits me better.... Not too big, and not too small..

Diving in a wetsuit in the UK is lunacy even in summer, this was at the time of year the water is at its coldest.

The clubs diving officer is going to be in serious ***** here for allowing her to dive.

I dive at 7 degrees C all the time in Cape Town. It is bloody cold but I use a 7mm Semi Dry. Mine fits like a glove and to be honest the coldest part of my body when I finnish a dive are my heels.

I guess I am used to it because allot of people complain like stuck pigs when they get back on the boat! A proper fitting suit is beyond important!
