It still happens to me on occasion. Looks a lot worse than it is, no big deal.
Using a sinus rinse in the days before a dive trip seems to help, but as it happens so seldom, I am not sure. The sinus rinse sure helps keep the sinuses clear, which is my primary reason for using it prior to diving and flying.
