Not necessarily. The CE and DOT rate tank capacity at different temperatures (though hard to say what Canada does since they are sort of in-between) so to do a proper conversion you have to take that into account to.
That's why the 232 bar exemption tanks and dual outlet manifolds are rated 3442 psi instead of 3364.

wedivebc:184 is stamped on the tank, 2668 is 184*14.5. Is that not the generally accepted conversion factor?
