What is the nominate button that is currently showing up on the lower left hand corner?

It looks like you beat the other thread by about 30 minutes.
There is a slight issue with the nominate button at the moment. It will hopefully be fixed soon.
All of the previous nominations have been recorded though.

The nominate button now gives a "popup" when a nomination is recorded. There is also a link under the "COMMUNITY" tab to show the current nominations.
