Nomad LT Cave

Greetings! A few months back I had the opportunity to buy a DiveRite Nomad LT Cave and I picked one up. I haven't dove it yet because it's being shipped along with my household from Japan to Virginia. But I'm excited to try it so I've been watching some videos about it and found a DiveRite video that said it is not well suited for open water diving due to the dump situation. Has anyone dove the LT Cave in an open water type environment? I'm not a cave diver so most of my sidemount adventures will be in open water. Should I look at selling this unit or can it handle open water as well as cave?

It works fine in open water. In fact I have never used mine (aprox 100 dives ) in a cave.

works fine. I actually think it has more issues in a cave than it does in OW.
