NOAA Diving Manual, Diving for Science and Technology, 4th Edition
It cost me $95 after shipping. I didn't read close enough. I thought it was the hardback book. I only put in my computer once just to check it out. Very cool, but I want the book. NTIS will not accept returns on CD-ROMs so I have to sell it.
Like I said I paid $95 for it. I figure $75 and I will cover shipping. That way I only lose about $20. Paypal only unless you live close by Erie, PA.
