A couple of weeks ago, I wrote, using the email form from your website, to ask about the Fusion and Tropical Explorer. I explained that approximately 95% of my dives were in relatively warm water and occasionally I venture into the Florida Springs with water temps of 68F.
I asked for specific information regarding the two aforementioned suits and asked about undergarments, etc.
To date, I have not received a reply. I will say this does not indicate to me that Whites is a company that offers good customer service. If your response is this poor for a prospective customer, how poor would it be for a customer who already purchased a suit and had a question or problem?
 
I'm sorry that your email has gone unanswered. These emails are sent to a general email address and unfortunately emails sometimes get lost in the spam. Nevertheless - I would encourage you and others to email me directly - please forward your question me HERE.

I check this daily (except on w/e's), and I am happy to either answer it myself or make sure it gets to the right person!

All I can now say is once I "complained" about poor response, Mr Preston of Whites promptly offered all the information and more that I wanted and need to make an informed decision. Thank you Mr Preston for your professional, courteous service. It is indeed appreciated and bodes well for your company because if all representatives are as you are, I am certain I will never have a problem dealing with Whites.

I own two Whites Drysuits and my Wife has one as well.
They make a great product and I have even been to the factory and can tell you they do a good job. I give them two thumbs up.
