Alot tech divers from Alberta, frequent there, Ive met three or four different groups.
So it wiil be hard to get the word out, ask the fire cheif If you can make an official road sign to put on fence about proper behavior and have it be fom the local diving community.

I,m sure it is the travellers that have less concern.

My self I like to do a deep dive at willis point, drop a little something off for my wolfie buddy, then boat over to watch the fireworks at the garden. But in the winter I do a shore dive there on my shore dive circuit through van isle and the gulf isle.

Also a sing down under water might give them another thought when they come up, that divers really mean to please be considerate to are valuable site.
