I used to get frustrated when I had a fish and no BBQ to cook it on.

Then I discovered that a cleaned seasoned fish tightly wrapped in about three or four layers of tinfoil could be placed in the middle of a roaring fire, directly in the flames, and pressure cooks in no time at all. A fish for four people will cook in 10 minutes each side.

Great for lunch right there on the beach between dives.

There is a book called (something like) "car manifold cookery" I saw a guy on TV cook a trout on his landrover engine using this book. 25 Km driving per kg of fish.

Bob, if you have a dishwasher, I would assume, and correct me if I am wrong, that there would probably be a stove in the same room, and unless you are storing all the dirty dishes in it, wouldnt it be easier to use that?? Just a thought.
