I didn't really understand the question. What do you want other than a Nitrox capable computer & maybe a spare reg set if you want to reserve one as O2 clean?

Or do you mean you want to do your own fills?
In this case you need the specific training to handle the pure O2 and that will automatically put you in contact with people who know where to get stuff in your region.

Yes it is to do my own fills and yes i know it takes special procedures i am a blender its just i learned how to do it on one side of the world and at the moment i am in the caribbean andi dont know of suppliers in the usa that i can use does anyone know of anyone in the usa

I think everyone is trying to find out the specific components you need. Are you looking for hardware to set up a bank / fill system or for a gas supplier?
