Nitrox in Bangkok?!

A friend of mine needs to get a nitrox certification soon, but dont have the time to go diving on the next few weekends. Is there any shop that does the course in bangkok and without a diving part?

Pretty much any dive shop/independent instructor can take care of this without dives. It's even possible to do the course online.
