Anyone know of any other shops in the LA area that provide nitrox fills? Here's the list I came up with so far:

  1. Hollywood Divers - Los Angeles
  2. Ocean Safari - San Gabriel
  3. Pacific Wilderness - San Pedro and Orange
  4. Scuba Toys - Cypress
  5. Laguna Sea Sports - Laguna Beach
  6. Scuba Luv - Catalina

Liburdi's - Costa Mesa
Openwater Habitat - Santa Ana
Beach Cities Scuba - Dana Point
Beach Cities Scuba - Huntington Beach
Pacific Wilderness - San Pedro ONLY at least according to their website

Now the next question is Partial Pressure or Banked NITROX? Of the ones that I posted I believe that all of them Partial Pressure blend, additionally I believe that Beach Cities Scuba in Huntington Beach banks 40% and can fill with that and then top off with air to end up with any recreational mix, I just think they charge a little more to do it this way than they do for a partial pressure blend.

Of course, if you are willing to go to cave country in Florida Cave Excursions sells a lot of breathing gas. But I guess it is a bit far to go for a fill. :)

Found another:

Scuba Schools of America - Montclair

WOOHOOO !!! Just down the street from me. Well, kinda....

I think Haven's Reef in Eagle Rock does partial pressure blending...

Liburdi's - Costa Mesa
Openwater Habitat - Santa Ana
Beach Cities Scuba - Dana Point
Beach Cities Scuba - Huntington Beach
Pacific Wilderness - San Pedro ONLY at least according to their website

Joe is now in Irvine/Santa Ana...right next to John Wayne Airport. He's working on gettine EAN set up.

Holy ancient thread, Batman.

Havens Reef is sleeping with the fishes, no?

Ocean Adventures, Venice. Banks 32. Has Argon. Blends TriMix. Pumps O2 to 3000PSI
