Nikon P7000 housing

I just got a P7000 and hope someone will make a housing before christmas my next Scuba trip. Will Ikelite make one?
It looks like Fantasea is developing one, but can not tell if TTL strobes connector is available.

other options would be a Nikon housing like Canon makes a housing

Ikelite has it under consideration, no promises. Nikon does not make housings any more. Fantasea is the only other announced source of a housing, due in 2011. I'd prefer the Ikelite because they will support hardwired external flash.

Fantasea Line is now working on a new & stylish housing for the Nikon Coolpix P7000, called the FP7000 Housing and already accepting orders.

There's also a dedicated website for this housing - www.nikonghousings.com

Estimated release date is the beginning of 2011 and you will only be charged once the product is shipped.

The P7000 housing by fantasea will be coming out very soon, we've inspected a sample of the products and it is remarkably compact and ergonomic.

With a price point of less than 900$ for the camera and housing bundle , you can't go wrong.

The Ikelite housing will be available soon for the P7000. It will be an excellent and reliable housing as all of Ikelite's products but will not be as compact as the Fantasea housing and probably not as cheap, However , it would also be an excellent choice.

We are looking forward to diving with this bundle soon ..
