I was planning to buy a Epoque strobe for my Nikon 4300 camera but the faith was good to me and I’ve been told that the order was cancelled because there were no strobes on stock.
Now I’m thinking on buying a INON D180 strobe which I wonder how can be attached to CP 4 (FANTASEA) housings… I know INON seels an optical cable set to connect to CP2 but not CP 4… any thoughts on this??

See this..using the Epoque Fibreconnector with Inon's Optical D Cable. Insert the cable into Epoque's velcro/sticker connector (after removing Epoque's cable of cse) and stick it onto the housing. You might need to trim the connector a little to fit the sensor over the flash.

The internal flash triggers the external flash via the position over the flash on the outside of the housing. So this doesn't violate the integrity of the housing, right?

Yep, housing is not compromised. And if you use the film that Inon gives you, then you won't have the double flash effect. The sensor is actually triggered by the infrared range of the flash.

I guess the first pics will describe your system... ok, got it. Once I know that the fiber optic cable sticks with velcro on the housing the problem is almost solved... I guess is a bit of chalenge to build a nice system...
Thanks a bunch,

Robert
