Night diverss take notice. We have wanted to offer a glow-in-the-dark Scuba BCD name tag for several years but have never had a material that would hold the "glow" for more than just a few minutes. We have just secured a vendor that has developed a specially engineered glow plastic made to exceed the photo-luminescent standards set by many municipalities and organizations for their exit, emergency and way-finding signage.

We are pleased to offer the Glow in the Dark Scuba BCD Name Tag
You can see below that the glog decay is still significant, it is long-lasting enough for exit signage and with just a brief "recharge" from your dive light will quickly bring it back to a high-glow state.

Let us know what you think.

Sounds helpful for keeping your gear on Group night dives. How does a buyer attach to bcd? Cost? Size? Any thoughts on the attractiveness to fish or squid?

The tag wraps around the BCD shoulder strap like this:

The glow in the dark tag is currently $19.99 with the custom engraving. The tag doesn't emit enough light to be a real draw to squid or other sea life. Your U/W light will be much more of a lure than the tag.
