Good tips Jason. I do not know where to get another o-ring. Have you tried calling Canon customer service? Let us know if you find out.

Haven't tried Canon yet - just got back from a trip. Another tip is to keep your camera in it's case in a bucket of cool water in between dives and as soon as you close it up. Keeps the whole thing cool and avoids condensation which occurs if it should heat up. Depending on how many shots you take with flash in a 60 min. dive you probably want to change batts each dive.
