hi everyone,

My friend told me to sigh up so here I am. I'm not sure what their SN is but we should be pretty active on the board. So far we had done Redondo Beach, San Diego, and Catalina Island. We are already planning another trip to Catalina in two weeks, which I'm looking forward to. I also plan on trying out spear fishing and lobster hunting once I get a few more months of experience. Anyway I’m sure I’m going to have a lot of questions and stuff so I’ll tank everyone ahead of time for helping a newbie out.

Congrats on your new adventure. I tried to dive last year on Catalina Island. The water is so cold. 53 degrees in late August. I needed a lot more protection than I had with me. The LDS was really helpful.

ohh went last sunday to catalina and it was 54 at 35feet... cooooolllll. But so far it was the best dive site yet, tones of fish. But I hear Laguna beach is the best in the west, I'll have to check it out soon.

Hey Raskal311, welcome to SB, great place for newbies to learn all about diving.
David
