Newbie Q: What lenses for UW photog?

Hi peeps,

I'm new to UW photography, did a scan through of this forums and could not find any threads with recommendation of good & useful lenses to use for this purpose. I understand that ports are limited so its basically shorter lenses for UW photog. But what exactly I'm unsure.

Its to be mated to either a 30D or a 350D. The aim is to bring back some nice photo's during my Similan trip end of this month. I'm looking towards an Ikelite case so I need to first decide on the lense then get the right ports (is this right?).

Any input's appreciated.
