Just got back from visiting the NC coast and doing some great diving out of Disovery at Beaufort. Dove the Spar on Saturday. It already has lots of soft coral forming and huge schools of bait fish and quite a few sand tigers. I see you are a NC diver as well. Head to the coast from Raleigh as often as time permits. Where else do you dive in NC?
