Greetings to all. Just joined the 'board and have already gotten some excellent advice here.
I've only had about 4 hours of bottom time so far, but I'm ready to get into diving more regularly. After completing my PADI open water course at the end of 2007, I had a problems with my ears that lasted a month or two. Inner-ear barotrauma, solved by decongestants + time. I didn't dive again until a local refresher this past December followed by a nice trip to Cozumel. No problems! Equalizing more gently now.
Lately I've been working on getting my own gear together. Buying lightly used quality equipment to save $ where possible. Hoping to take the PADI Advanced course this month.
Cheers!
