mariov:
Thanks guys . I am pretty sure that its not fear as i am not scared under water at all. And once i am under the water i feel better. I think i get to excited and anxious liek all of you said.

Any suggestions of what i shall eat before diving or even the night before so i can try to mininize any problems  ..

I will try to go diving again next weekend so i will keep you all updated.

Thanks guys once again

Mario

Before I dive I tend to eat normally but small portions and I drink either water or some kind of sport drink just before the dive. After the dive I often eat a sandwich or something like that and drink more water.

I'm sure everyone has their ways. I don't like to dive on a full stomach

mariov,
Anxiety is not fear. It can also come from a too strong wish "to act good".
I am subject to anxiety driven stomach and intestines before I horse ride. Not as strong as you describe, but enough to deserve a visit to the toilets shortly before.
When diving, it is not so strong, but I am usually uncomfortable when preparing on the boat. Once I have closed the wet suit, put all the stuff on (especially the weight belt), I am better not to stay too long waiting to jump in water, and once in water not to stay too long on the surface. I know that my stomach is quite sensitive, and going in water can cause hickup (often happens when I swim, not yet when I dive).
So yes, see a doctor to elimitate real troubles, and learn to relax.
