The women's suits I've seen are shaped to conform to a woman's curves--sorta. If you can wear the suit and there are no baggy areas (check the chest and hips) where water can exchange I say "go for it". I'm tiny and must wear a man's suit because I don't have the curves they "install" in women's suits (think woman with a 12-year-old boy's body).

Remember, real men have the confidence to wear pink! :jester:

Actually, There is no problems "trans-gendering" a wetsuit.

However, you want a suit to fit as close to your body as possible without any serious gaps. The purpose of the suit is to help retain body heat by reducing the amount of water that comes in contact with your body. When there are gaps in the fit, this will increase the water flow, thus reducing the effectiveness of the suit.
