Thanks, the hardest part I am having is getting use to not being able to almost hop right in the water, I just moved from SW Missouri and I could be underwater in no time at all. There was a great place to go diving that was only about 10 minutes away from the shop, so needless to say I abused that one all the time. To get to any decent place to dive it's literally atleast a 3 hour drive.
 
I live in New Mexico, but I have gone to Texas! Near the Big Bend there a great area to dive called Balmorhea, have you been there yet?

Yes I have been to Balmorhea many times. We do our open water checkouts there. It is a nice warm shallow dive. Lots of hungry critters.

We are actually going there this weekend, its been awhile since we've been in openwater and there are a few people in the group that are going that aren't quite ready for the silo, so this will be a nice relaxing dive.
